This “Short Drama Viewing Service User Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made by [Changsha Guyan Network Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “platform”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “user”) regarding the short drama viewing service provided by [GUYAN TV]. Please read the following terms carefully before using our platform services. Your login, viewing, or other use of our platform services is considered as your full understanding and agreement to accept the constraints of all terms of this Agreement.
We provide users with online viewing, sharing, and other services of overseas short dramas. The specific content, form, and operation rules of the service, we have the right to adjust from time to time according to actual conditions.

We strive to provide stable, high-quality services, but due to the special nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee the absolute continuity and stability of the service, and we do not assume legal responsibility for the inconvenience caused by this.
For any third-party claims arising from the user’s violation of this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the user must bear the responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (all or part) at any time without prior notice, and we do not assume responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused by this.
This Agreement constitutes a complete agreement between the two parties regarding the use of the service, replacing all previous oral or written agreements or communications.
If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the effectiveness of other terms.
For service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, government actions, social abnormal events, etc.), third-party service interruptions, technical defects, and other situations beyond our reasonable control, we do not assume any direct or indirect responsibility.
